For over 40 years Tuper has been involved in the production and sale of new machinery for bottling and construction of connection belts for the transport of bottles and the most diverse types of products. It does this with great care. Before being installed by the client, each system is pre-assembled in Tuper by a team of technicians to test its functionality and perfection. Tuper also deals with the sale of new or used machinery, also overhauled with a production range from 1,000 to 12,000 B / h which includes: depalletizers, de-strippers, rinsers, fillers, cappers, washer-dryers, capsule dispensers, labeling machines, cartoning formers, taping machines , gluing machines, palletizers, conveyor belts, single adhesive units to be installed on existing machines and equipment for wine making machines for new bottle formats.- Support for electric panel

SUPPORT FOR ELECTRIC PANEL – cod. AC1
SUPPORT FOR AERIAL RACEWAY – cod. AC
The aerial raceway supports can be fixed to the conveyor belt or directly to the floor and are designed to house the electric cable ducts supplied by the electrician.
RACEWAY ALONG THE CONVEYOR BELT – cod. AC2
The supports are installed as shown in the photo, alongside the conveyor belt where the raceway is positioned (not supplied, care of the customer/electrician).
GUTTER DRAINS – cod. SCG
Gutter drains in stainless steel with pipes and various pipe fittings, constructed in compliance with the requirements of the production plant.
BELT LUBRICATION – cod. LNB
On request, we can supply and install spray units to lubricate chains in compliance with the type of chain and the size of the production plant.
GLUE SPRAYER – cod. SPC3
The glue sprayer is suitable for the application of vinyl glue before the application of large capsules, to ensure adherence to bottle neck. Complete with glue tank and electric-pneumatic panel.
BOTTLE COUNTER – ACCUMULATING COUNTER – cod. CTP
The bottle piece counter counts bottles. It is installed in-line via a photocell from a presence command to a bottle totaliser complete with an electric command panel.
WEIGHING SCALES – SENSOR – cod. SN
It is installed on multi-lane lines or accumulator tables to indicate when they are overfull.
BOTTLE STOP – cod. FB
It is installed in line to stop the bottles when an electric impulse is received.
BLOWER – cod. SFB
The bottle blower is installed in line to dry the bottles before applying the labels. It is composed of two blower pipes in stainless steel and a pump.
BOTTLE SIGHT GLASS – cod. SPB
It is installed in line to check the inside of the bottles. Provided with a set of lights and an electric switch. Stainless steel structure.
CONVEYOR BELT GUARD – cod. PR_1
We install various types of guards for conveyor belts to suit the customer’s requirements. They can have a side opening, with polycarbonate and steel parts or with a simple stainless steel structure and a polycarbonate cover.
