IDLER UNIT FOR CARTONS – cod.TFC
The idler unit for cartons has an idler shaft with ball bearings and a draw device to adjust the chains.
CONVEYOR BELT FOR CARTONS – cod. NTC
The conveyor belt for cartons has a 17O-mm standard-height side in satin finish stainless steel and is available with a chain, side guides and C-shaped, stainless steel supports with clamps.
CARTON DRAW UNIT – cod. TTC
The draw unit is in steel and has a shaft, ball-bearing supports and fixed or variable motorization depending on specific requirements.
CURVED CONVEYOR FOR CARTONS – cod. CUC
The curved conveyor for cartons consists in a stainless steel structure provided with chains and side guides.
THRUSTER FOR CARTONS – cod. SP
The carton thruster is installed in the carton line to change the position of the carton so that its wide side faces the direction of travel instead of its narrow side. It is provided with a pneumatic cylinder and standard supplied with photoelectric cells to detect the presence of the cartons. It is completely covered with a stainless steel guard.
PUSHER FOR CARTONS TO PALETTE FOR HIGH SPEEDS – cod. SPP
The carton pusher is installed in-line in the case of carton transition from short side leading to long side leading, complete with electric control panel and safety guards.
ROLLER CONVEYORS – cod. RM
The roller conveyors can have either idler or motorized rollers. The conveyor structure is in stainless steel and is suitably sized to meet the conveying requirements of cartons, crates or other products and loads.
CARTON TURNER WITH ELECTRIC PANEL FOR FULL CARTONS – cod. GCP
Stainless steel structure complete with double belt conveyor. Suitable for medium and high speeds.
SIMPLE CARTON TURNERS – cod. GCS
The carton turner is composed of a set of motorized rollers and motorization located below the conveyor belt. Provided with side guides.
CARTON TURNER WITH BELT – cod. GCT
The carton turner with belt is composed of a section with a belt and a section with rollers. Provided with double motorization, it is installed to rotate the direction of travel of the carton.
CARTON TURNER WITH SLANTED ROLLERS – cod. GCI
The carton turner with slanted rollers consists of a mat part and a roller part. Complete with twin engine, installed to rotate carton direction. For medium speeds.

Consists of a stainless steel structure, complete with belt, guides and engine.

The carton tilter is designed to tilt full cartons. Provided with an electric-pneumatic system and motorization.
