December 23, 2022Tuper specialises in the production and sale of bottle conveyor belts and connecting belts, and in the sale of new and second-hand bottling machines.
For forty years now, Tuper has produced and sold new bottling machines and created connecting belts for conveying bottles and a whole variety of products: and all with great care and attention. Before it is installed at the customer’s premises, each system is pre-assembled at our factory by a team of technicians who perform a functional test to ensure its perfect working order. We also sell new and overhauled second-hand machines that work at a rate of between 1,000 and 12,000 bottles/h, including:
depalletisers, basket unloaders, rinsers, fillers, corkers, washer-dryers, capsule distributors, labellers, adhesive units for installation on existing machines, formers, case packing machines, taping machines, gluing machines, palletisers, wine equipment for new formats for existing machines, and conveyor belts.

OUR PRODUCTS
BOTTLE LOADING TABLE – cod. PC
The bottle loading table must be sized to meet the production rate of the line and is composed of a stainless steel structure, an idler unit, a motorized draw unit, a modular chain or multi-chains in resin or steel, bottle guides and a bottle sorting device.
IDLER UNIT FOR BOTTLES – cod. TFB
The idler unit for bottles is available with one or more ways depending on the production rate of the line and it has a stainless steel structure. It can be provided with a support.
CONVEYOR BELT FOR BOTTLES WITH SIDES – cod. NTB
The conveyor belt for bottles has a standard side height of 17O mm in satin finish stainless steel and can be supplied with a chain, low side guides or polyzene label-guard profiles, or rod and gutter in stainless steel. It can have one or more ways depending on the type of plant.
BOTTLE DRAW UNIT – cod. TTB
The draw unit for bottles is available with one or more ways depending on the production rate of the line and has a stainless steel structure with a support and motorization.
CURVED CONVEYOR FOR BOTTLES – cod. CUB
The curved conveyor for bottles is available with one or more ways and has a curve radius that depends on the space available and the production rate of the line. It has a stainless steel structure and is provided with a chain, a bottle guide and a support bracket.
BOTTLE DIVERTER – cod. SV
The one or two-way bottle diverter is sized in compliance with the production rate of the line and is composed of a stainless steel structure with low or high, polyzene profile, side guides, chains, motorization and a stainless steel gutter.
LINEAR DIVERTER FOR BOTTLE TRANSPORT – cod. SVD
The linear bottle diverter is suitable for high speeds and enables the passage of bottles in line. It consists of a stainless steel structure with polyzene and steel low or high side guides, chains, with engine and stainless steel gutter.
BOTTLE EJECTION TABLE – cod. PEB
The bottle ejection table has been designed to install a bottle ejector (not supplied). Any non-complying bottles are ejected and placed on a suitably-sized table. Motorized, it is supplied with side guides and a gutter with a drip-container.
BOTTLE LOADING/UNLOADING TABLE – cod. CS
This is a multi-chain table with side guides and double motorization suitable for loading and unloading bottles. It can be supplied with one or more side tables to stand the bottles on.
BOTTLE SORTER – cod. BI
The mechanical bottle sorter is installed at the points where the belt goes from being multi-way to one-way. By means of its horizontal movement – that is either driven by the belt’s, or by its own motorization – this unit contributes to sorting the bottles in the bottling line.
AUTONOMOUS PIVOT&TURN ON MULTI-WAY DIVERTER – cod. BA
Autonomous pivot&turn can be managed independently and applied onto diverters and belts to sort bottles in line.
BOTTLE SLIDING TABLE – cod. SF
The bottle sliding table is a suitably-sized, multi-lane table with variable-speed motorization to extract the bottles in the bottling line.

The stainless steel bottle collection table has a motorized draw unit and side guides.
DIVIDER BELTS FOR BOXING MACHINE ENTRANCE – cod. TBDV
Suitably sized belts with bridge structure and tracks to keep bottles separate before entering the boxing machine.
DIVIDER – cod. DVB
Electro-pneumatic system for the division of bottles into several rows.
BOTTLE TRACKS – cod. BIB
The bottle tracks installed on multi-way belts can be fixed or adjustable. They are in stainless steel with supports fixed to a steel bridging element or coated in plastic and designed to direct the bottles and prepare them in line to go to the department where they will be packed into carton boxes.
